TERMS OF SERVICE

❀ The live2D models are in commercial use, that includes that you can use the character for any resource.
❀ You cannot modify any commission, charges will be taken if you do.
❀ Distribution or resale without my consent is prohibited.
❀ The fanarts are not for commercial use, they should only be used in the profile or channel. Check the extra prices in case of commercial use.
❀ Payments are via Paypal or Ko-fi.
❀ 50% of the payment is made before the sketch, and then 50% once you approve it.
❀ In case you wish to cancel the commission, 40% of the original price will be returned to you.
❀ There will only be 3 revisions, sketch, base color and details. Charges apply to extras.
❀ If I do not feel comfortable with the commission, I have the right to reject it, if the payment has already been made, 100% of the initial payment will be returned to you.
❀ Rush commissions will have an additional cost
❀ All my commissions will be published on my profile. Live2D models will be published once you give me authorization.

❀ Los modelos live2D son de uso comercial, eso incluye que puedes usar el personaje para cualquier recurso.
❀ Los fanarts no son para uso comercial, solo deben usarse en el perfil o canal. Consultar precios extra en caso de uso comercial.
❀ No puede modificar ninguna comisión, se cobrarán cargos si lo hace.
❀ Prohibido la distribución o reventa sin mi consentimiento.
❀ Los pagos se realizan a través de Paypal o Ko-fi.
❀ 50% del pago se realiza antes del boceto, y luego 50% una vez que lo apruebas.
❀ En caso de que desee cancelar la comisión, se le devolverá el 40% del precio original.
❀ Solo habrá 3 revisiones , boceto, color base y detalles. Se aplican cargos a los extras.
❀ Si no me siento cómoda con la comisión, tengo derecho a rechazarla, si el pago ya se ha realizado, se te devolverá el 100% del pago inicial.
❀ Las comisiones urgentes tendrán un costo adicional
❀ Todas mis comisiones se publicarán en mi perfil. Los modelos Live2D se publicarán una vez que me des la autorización.

Fanart: 2 weeks.
This can change due to medical conditions.
